Since moving to Doctors & Co I have had the opportunity to share my knowledge with my teams as they set up their brand new clinics. Empowering team members to be the best version of themselves when they come to work through constructive processes and handling of our patients. It has been very rewarding in my short journey so far to see that the small things can make such a big difference.

Working at Doctors & Co has allowed and provided me with the opportunities to enhance my own skill set in a supportive environment, whilst also allowing me to share my knowledge that I have gained throughout my career.

Whilst a typical day is never the same, I thrive in mentoring my teams on a daily basis and watching them excel to their full potential.

From the opening of a brand new clinic to watching the growth of other established clinics, the opportunities are endless and I look forward to the future and this journey alongside a fantastic team.

Ballarat Doctors & Co has allowed me to gain more knowledge; and share my knowledge and experience with fellow staff. I have had the opportunity to work closely with teams and bring out each individuals own individual potential and form bonds to create positive, friendly working environments. I have been able to experience and watch as each individual and clinic grow. It has been a pleasure working along side the fantastic staff and I look forward to what the future holds and how much the clinics will develop.
